Better information. A practical next step.
Atlas brings infrastructure and property information together, so you can focus your enquiries. When you’re ready, Driftwood is here to help with the review, design and work ahead.
Applied to your selected site; available results depend on location, coverage and freshness.
Registered connections to provincial, federal and municipal data, plus policy and service references. A source can support more than one connection.
Public data in the map. Authorized private and paid data sources, where available, in a commissioned review.
420 possible checks, not that many populated results at every site. Your results show available evidence, missing coverage and what needs confirmation. Explore the data behind Atlas
01 / The evidence behind a location
See how the evidence reads ↗Explore a location or draw a site boundary. Atlas brings together power, water, fibre and property data with the source behind each finding. For a deeper review, a commissioned Driftwood review can include authorized private and paid data sources, where available.
Mapped lines and substations, reported voltage, utility-policy context and dated electricity-cost scenarios.
Available MW and connection dates require utility confirmation.
Mapped parcels, local zoning, terrain, buildings, agricultural land and protected-area intersections.
Screened land is not a confirmed buildable area.
Published water, sewer, stormwater and conduit networks, plus water licences, monitoring and cooling assumptions.
Coverage varies. Maps do not establish capacity or locate utilities for excavation.
Published broadband coverage and infrastructure context, compared with your bandwidth and route requirements.
Carrier service, pricing and physically diverse routes need confirmation.
Published flood and wildfire context, terrain, hydrometric observations and engineering-weather scenarios.
Dates and spatial coverage stay attached to the evidence.
Open municipal assessment records in Vancouver, Surrey and Victoria, with published industrial-land and listing context where supported.
Assessed values are not market appraisals. Province-wide assessment and listing feeds are not connected.
02 / Match the evidence to the project
A small proof of concept and a campus ask different questions of the grid, water and fibre. Choose a starting profile, then refine it in the map.
Explore Atlas with this profileEditable planning assumptions. MW means megawatts.
Micro is a sub-1 MW starting profile.
Requested utility demand
Can the existing service or a local upgrade support a 0.5 MW facility?
Illustrative assumptions, not a site result. 85% load factor; 1.25 planning PUE. Facility MW includes overhead. Water excludes domestic and fire demand. Available power and service dates remain unconfirmed.

ONE SITE / SCOPED DRIFTWOOD ENGAGEMENT
Site Feasibility & Concept Design brings a person into your site decision. Combine the public screen with authorized private and paid data sources, where available, in a human-reviewed report, then use 25 additional hours of Driftwood design consultation to develop concepts and next steps.
See the proposed scope, milestones and 25-hour working plan ↗
Review authorized private and paid data sources, where available, alongside the public screen, including licensed property or utility data and authorized utility or carrier responses where permitted. Check the source, date, site and project scope of each material record.
Reconcile public evidence with the authorized private and paid data sources used in the commissioned review. Document what is confirmed, by whom and on what conditions, along with contradictions, assumptions and unresolved questions.
Use 25 consultation hours, additional to report preparation, to explore early options, service requirements and a design brief with Driftwood. Carry open questions into a practical enquiry plan.
What the review establishes: a human review of the available evidence and its limitations. Utility capacity, connection dates, development approvals and engineering feasibility still require the relevant authorities and specialists.
Before work begins, we agree scope, record availability, permissions and any third-party fees, along with applicable taxes and terms. The free automated screen uses public data; private evidence review belongs to this separate paid engagement. No payment is taken here.
For larger volumes, tailored licensing or integration requirements. These are early-access enquiries; paid subscriptions, team workspaces and public API/MCP access are not active.
TAILORED SCOPE / TALK TO US
Custom Scope & pricing by agreement
For larger volumes and specific workflows.
Sites, not credits. Reopening the same counted site or changing its profile uses no additional site within the allowance period. Explicitly changing a footprint may create a new site. Failed essential checks do not consume a site. Read the usage and access details ↗
A plan enquiry does not activate paid access or start a subscription. Licensed data and third-party costs require a separate agreement.
Planned / ChatGPT & integrations
A future ChatGPT plugin and API / MCP access are planned for cited site evidence using the same account and shared site allowance. Availability, connection methods and terms will be confirmed before launch.
Read about planned data access ↗All prices are in CAD. Site Feasibility & Concept Design is a separate one-site engagement. Applicable taxes, source licences, scope and delivery terms are confirmed before purchase. No payment is taken on this page.

Yes. Open Atlas and preview 3 successful site screens in a rolling 30-day period. The rolling period does not reset each day. Failed essential evidence checks do not consume your allowance.
No. Atlas organizes public evidence around a project-specific enquiry. Mapped infrastructure, voltage and proximity do not establish spare MW, connection rights, an energization date or a probability of approval. The utility must assess the project.
Atlas connects public services, published datasets and dated reference records. Automatic refreshes follow different schedules, and publisher failures or missing coverage remain visible. A field definition is not a populated measurement at every location. Municipal utilities, zoning and property coverage vary across BC.
The free automated screen uses public data. In the separate paid engagement, Driftwood can review authorized private and paid data sources, where available, reconcile them with the public screen, and document what they establish for your site and scope.
We agree record availability, permissions and any third-party fees before work begins. The engagement does not include automatic access to ICI Society, province-wide BC Assessment or Spacelist feeds, and does not guarantee that a particular record can be obtained. Client-confidential material is never shared between engagements.
The separate $7,500 CAD engagement includes a human-reviewed site report using public evidence and authorized private and paid data sources, where available, an enquiry plan and 25 hours of Driftwood design consultation for concept options and a design brief. Those 25 hours are additional to report preparation. Scope, record availability, permissions, any third-party fees, taxes and terms are agreed before work begins. The review does not guarantee a connection, approval or engineering feasibility.
